Setting a New Standard in Sustainability
The Network Building sets a new benchmark for sustainability. Designed with a strong focus on reducing both embodied and operational carbon emissions, the project targets leading sustainability certifications, including BREEAM Outstanding, LEED Platinum and a 5-star NABERS rating.
From the outset, the design prioritised strategic decisions on the building’s structure, the retention of existing materials and circular construction principles. A wide range of materials were recovered for reuse during demolition. Delivered by an award-winning project team, the building was completed in 2025.
