Television Centre Phase 2 continues the redevelopment of the former BBC Television Centre in London, one of the United Kingdom’s most recognisable landmarks. Building on the first phase, this prestigious project further transforms the historic site into a vibrant place to live and connect.

The development comprises two new residential towers accommodating a total of 345 apartments, with an overall development area of approximately 44,000 m². Situated between the Hammersmith & City line and the existing television studios, the buildings bring together residential living, media and urban life in a distinctive setting.

The architecture was designed by renowned British practices dRMM and AHMM, both recognised for their innovative and sustainable designs. Alongside high-quality homes, the development introduces new public spaces and improves access for the surrounding community. An additional entrance from Wood Lane and a direct connection to Hammersmith Park strengthen the site’s integration with the neighbourhood.
