The Piekstraat residential tower revitalizes a historic industrial district in Rotterdam. Located at the tip of ‘Het Eiland van Feijenoord’, right on the waterfront, the tower offers future residents stunning views of the Maas River and the iconic Rotterdam skyline.

The architectural design is inspired by the rich industrial heritage of the area, where old factories, warehouses, and cranes shape the streetscape.
